    Ingredients:

    • 2 bags Wild Harvest Frozen Mango, thawed
    • ¼ cup sugar
    • ⅔ cup sweetened condensed milk
    • ½ cup half-and-half
    • Zest of 2 limes
    • ⅓ cup fresh lime juice
    • 8oz white chocolate, finely chopped
    • 1 tablespoon coconut oil
    • ½ cup graham cracker crumbs

    Directions:

    1. In a blender combine mango and sugar and puree until very smooth.
    2. Divide mango mixture among popsicle molds, filling them halfway. Place top on mold and insert popsicle sticks. Freeze solid, about 4 hours.
    3. In a medium bowl whisk together condensed milk, half-and-half, and lime zest and juice.
    4. When mango mixture is frozen, pour lime juice mixture into popsicle molds, filling them to the top. Freeze again until solid, at least 6 hours or overnight.
    5. In a double boiler or a heatproof bowl set over a saucepan of steaming (not boiling or simmering) water, melt chocolate and coconut oil, stirring constantly. Take bowl off pan of water.
    6. To remove pops from mold, dip each one in cool water up to the very top of mold until pop slides out. Place pops on a parchment-lined sheet pan and freeze for 10 minutes.
    7. Dip each pop partially in white chocolate and place back on sheet pan. Sprinkle with graham cracker crumbs and freeze again for 10 minutes before serving.
