    Ingredients:

    • 2 avocados
    • ½ teaspoon fine sea salt
    • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
    • 1 can Albacore Tuna, drained
    • ⅓ cup minced red onion
    • 1 rib celery, minced
    • 1 tablespoon chopped Wild HarvestⓇ Organic Chives
    • 1 tablespoon chopped Wild HarvestⓇ Organic Dill
    • 1 tablespoon chopped Wild HarvestⓇ Organic Italian Parsley

    Directions:

    1. Cut avocados in half lengthwise, take out pit, and scoop all but ½” of the flesh into a medium bowl. Reserve shells for serving.
    2. Using a fork, Mash avocado, salt, and lemon juice together. Stir in tuna, onion, celery, chives, dill, and parsley.
    3. To serve, scoop tuna and avocado mixture back into avocado shells.
